These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and where applicable, the laws of Ras Al Khaimah and its real estate regulatory authority (RERA-RAK). Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Ras Al Khaimah

You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes only and in a manner that does not violate the rights of others. You must not:

6. Property Reservation & Payments

– Certain projects may allow online or offline reservation subject to payment of a reservation fee or deposit. 
– Unless otherwise stated, reservation deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation by the buyer. 
– All payments must be made only through authorized escrow accounts and in compliance with UAE real estate laws. 
– The Company reserves the right to cancel or refuse reservations that do not comply with our policies.

7. Regulatory Compliance

Al Huzaifa Properties FZ-LLC complies with RERA-RAK and other applicable laws, including developer registration, escrow regulations, and project approvals. All developments follow applicable building codes, health & safety standards, and municipal regulations. Buyers are encouraged to verify project details through official RERA-RAK channels.

8. Limitation of Liability

This Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, availability, reliability, or completeness of the Site. We are not liable for:
  – Loss of profits, goodwill, or data. 
– Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.  – Errors or omissions in the content.

All reservation deposits and payments made through this website are subject to the terms of the relevant Sales & Purchase Agreement. Unless otherwise stated, reservation deposits are strictly non-refundable. Refunds, if applicable, will only be processed in accordance with UAE law and applicable RERA regulations.
